Private events
The cake moment, but with 100 drones writing your names across the sky. An alternative to fireworks that works in venues where fireworks are not allowed — no fire, no smoke, no bang.
Most wedding enquiries we get open with the same question: “is it possible at our venue?”. Usually yes — and that is exactly the difference from fireworks. A drone show uses no fire, throws no sparks and does not frighten animals nearby, so the restaurants, estates and country venues that have banned fireworks almost always accept drones.
The flight lasts between 5 and 10 minutes and is synchronised to your music. It is usually scheduled right after the cake, when every guest is already outside.

With no fire and no pyrotechnic material, the restrictions most event venues impose simply do not apply.
Your initials, the wedding date, two rings joining, a “Marry me” — the figures are designed for your event specifically.
An aerial show runs 5–10 minutes and ends up on every phone at the party. It is the most shared moment of the evening.
The flight has clear weather limits, communicated in advance, and an alternative plan agreed before the event.

There is no single answer — it depends on how far away the guests stand and how complex the figures are. As a reference, from the shows we have flown:
Simple messages and clean figures: initials, a heart, the wedding date. Right for smaller venues and gardens.
Fluid animation, transitions between figures, longer text. This is the configuration couples ask for most often.
A cinematic effect, 3D figures and real volume in the sky. For large events, or when the show is the main attraction of the night.
We do not publish a flat rate, because two clients with the same drone count can end up with different costs. These are the factors that actually matter:

The price is calculated per event, based on the number of drones, the length of the show, the venue and the distance. The fastest way to find out is to send us your wedding date and venue — we come back with a quote covering 50, 100 and 200 drones.
We recommend at least 4–6 weeks, and for summer weekends as early as you can. Flight clearances take time and the good dates go quickly.
The drones have clear wind and precipitation limits, which we state before the contract. If conditions on the day do not allow a safe flight, we agree in advance either an alternative window the same evening or the terms for rescheduling.
Yes. The flight is authorised under Romanian regulations and we handle the entire process. It is one of the reasons we need the exact venue early.
It depends on the number of drones, but in general we need an area free of obstacles plus a safety zone the audience does not enter. We check the venue beforehand and confirm whether it works.
Indoor configurations exist, with far fewer drones and strict requirements on ceiling height. For weddings, the show is almost always outdoors.
We send back a quote with configuration options and tell you straight away whether the show can be done at the venue you have chosen.
