A private drone show, flown for a small invited audience. Private work is the opposite of a festival commission: the programme is written for one specific group of people, it often runs only a few minutes, and almost none of it is ever shown publicly.

A proposal written in the sky. The whole show exists for one person and for one answer — which makes it the shortest and most exacting kind of brief FLYSTACK takes: there is no second attempt, and the timing belongs to someone else.

A bespoke private commission, designed from scratch for the occasion. Nothing in it was taken from an existing programme: the figures, the order and the music were chosen for this one audience and flown once.

A wedding at Nobil Green. Weddings are the shortest programmes FLYSTACK flies and the least forgiving — a handful of figures, chosen with the couple, above an audience that is there for them rather than for the drones. Everything has to be unmistakable the first time.

A wedding at Domeniul Lupaș. An estate is a closed world to work in — one audience, one set of sightlines, a single open field to fly from — and a wedding adds the constraint that matters most: the show runs once, on a cue that belongs to the evening rather than to the crew.
Marry Me at Cantacuzino Castle
A proposal at Cantacuzino Castle in Bușteni. Flying above a historic building means the building stays the subject, so the show was set to frame the facade rather than draw attention away from it — and all of it existed for one person, and one answer.
